Fun in Napier

Tuesday 8 December all the Year 2 classes went to Napier for a fun day out after all the hard work they had done this year.  

 

 

Swimming at Hilton Brown

The children are all really enjoying their swimming lessons at Hilton Brown and making fantastic progress in their groups.

Friday was such a lovely Spring day that the class was inspired to create some Spring art. 

Let's go to Taupo

In response to reading Moonwalking where the characters visited Craters of the Moon in Taupo, we made our own informative posters about visiting Taupo. 

Blast in the Park

The children enjoyed sharing their Blast in the Park stories this year.  They created their own fireworks pictures using crayons and black paint before scratching the paint to design their fireworks pictures.
